Markel art deco ceiling fixture with five original frosted slip shades.  Nice old original fixture manufactured by the Markel company dating from 1925-1935.  Slip shades are in good condition for their age.  These are not new reproductions but are old and have been in use for many years.  The frosted shades are very neutral and go well with the silver and copper/gold color of the frame.  The frame has been refinished and is a very close match to the original colors.

This fixture can be shortened to 24 inches by removing chain links.  This fixture uses five bulbs equivalent to 60 watts maximum.  We recommend LED bulbs because they produce far less heat.  Less heat is a protection for the old shades.  Rewired and ready for installation.  We also have one pair of sconces to match that are to be listed separately.  Price quoted is for fixture only.
